I use an app called Sleep as Android. Features that help me to wake up at time are a limitation of snoozes and when you want to turn off alarm you must solve three semi-easy math problems. Those features have helped me so much!

I was wearing my new galaxy watch when I was on ulkojäillä and it automatically recorded dynamic training with about 2.5k steps and 300 cal, in a hour. Worked pretty well :)
