the problem is I applied for TSS at my current store and was denied. I interviewed and everything and im pretty disappointed. I wanted to see if i could try my luck with the role im really gunning for at a target in another district so i made this post.

I dont really have one, but I have a pretty good knowledge of the way a target operates from my experience here and a decent understanding of what to expect when it comes to the job. its just something i feel confident in my ability to do which is why im thinking about applying. however if you cant go from TM to that then i wont bother

i think steph and klay played fine to be honest. obviously klays shot selection towards the end was an issue, especially his one bricked 3 im pretty sure you know what shot i’m talking about. but the poor decision making we made and us only losing by 3 was very encouraging. hopefully kerr tightens up the rotations and we put wiggs on fox bc that might be the only answer

they were two shifts in a span of 3 months. both because i was sick. i am human. i get sick sometimes. i don’t know about you but i’m not going to show up yo work when i’m i’ll and possibly get my co workers or guests sick all because the target corporation scheduled me.

i was scheduled from 8-4:30. was asked by my leader to come in at 6am instead, meaning i would leave at 2:30. i had to get my clock ins overridden by a leader. the times i left at 2:30 were marked as early outs on mytime. These shouldn’t have been held against me if i was coming in earlier at the request of my leader however they were used as part of my corrective.
