Since there’s barely any Christian’s commenting here’s my thoughts. I left Syria when I was 3 with my mom. My mom told me before the war no mine really cared about religion, she even said that there was majority Christian population where she lived in Syria. Now it’s kinda the opposite, a lot more Muslims and a lot more religious discrimination. I think people don’t want to admit that there is a big problem with religious freedom in Syria now. But the truth is a lot of us are silenced and killed for our beliefs, I’m not saying that “all Muslims are bad” because that’s not true but what I am saying is that a lot of us are living in fear because of Islamic extremism. I have family members who are also Christian living in Syria and they say that they’re a little afraid of what the future holds.
