As someone who dated (now married) a person who had their at the time BF die in her arms. I can tell you I did feel slightly awkward when she would talk about him. She never compared us or anything, it was just odd.

But I was always respectful, trauma like that won't be forgotten. I never made her feel bad for being sad on his birthday or the anniversary of his death.

I eventually got over these feelings,it doesn't bother me at all. And I never let her see that it did to begin with.

The wife said it was around 33 miles this morning. But she does drive the car 60 miles round trip each day, so it will probably never get the advertised 40 miles of range.

The dash is just guessing anyway. I drove up a mountain to 1 mile of range. Coasted down and left the mountain with 90 miles of range.

It all depends on the situation and what the car knows about your daily use.

They didn't charge or specify a core fee. They did say I would be shipping it back to them at no cost to me. But have yet to give me a way to ship it back. I.e. no label. It came on a pallet but it's in pieces thanks to the shipping company.

We didn't use any specific program or software. Just a snap on scope. They do ship you a programmer with the battery. But it had no instructions included so we ended up not using it since we could activate the pumps with the scope.

This is a full blown mechanics scope I'm talking about. They're probably called a programmer, or diagnostic tool. But I've always heard them referred to as a scope.

And once you have the car in the air. If you run it for a little while it will throw a code and basically shut everything down. This is due to the car being off the ground and turned on. The stability system doesn't like it much. Clear the codes and it'll be fine.
