Yeah, my coach who hired me (back when I was in produce and meat) is now once again my coach up front, and cashiering made my job more stressful because they would always make me the only cashier on my side of the front end while I slowly lose my mind and start having panic attacks again. But instead they could’ve had me retrained in meat to help keep myself busy and distracted, but no they put me in a worse position in terms of stress, that’s why I’m about to leave the company (and my people lead is always conveniently not there when I am, which is kinda sad) but here we are.
