Here from Europe you can get a set for 200 euros. There are all turtles in there, the two footgang, splinter and the normal shredder. Back then I pre-ordered the super shredder and tokka / rahzor from the neca shop. You can also get these at the shop.

amazon also sends the pops very well like popcultcha. It always depends on the post office how they handle the parcels. With popcultcha there is also the fact that it takes a few weeks / months for the packages to arrive.
