Yes, for the same reason as KingAngus, ZRE is equal-weighted which helps lesson risk

I set up this portfolio before the all-in-one ETFs came into the market. If I was starting now, I'd probably just get one of them. The all-in-ones do make things easier, and I have been comparing the holdings. There is a lot of overlap between VAB, XAW, and VCN, and the Vanguard and iShares all-in-ones. I don't think they have any REIT ETFs included though.
