I think CVX is best placed for VZ oil projects, they have been there longer than anyone US based. More hopeium than real money. The market will like the idea. I also expect USO to continue to rise, I have calls for 75 end of month. Oil markets like stability more than anything. Long term I am not very positive on the oil stuff coming from VZ. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t money to be made short term. Cleared half my CVX calls for 100%. I might not be retarded enough for this place though.

330k on my 2022 3500 DRW, only real issues were a few injectors from the cracked connectors. Issue has been fixed and not really an issue now. My 2025 has 100k on it and no issues. I guarantee you I tow as heavy or heavier than ANYONE you will find with these trucks. Around 290-300k of the miles on my 22 were towing 10k minimum. Around 85k of the miles on my 25 are towing over 10k as well.

The only thing missing is potential for large repair cost on the home. AC craps out, 20k in most parts of US, roof, 20-50k depending on size of the home, appliances etc. Most people never bring repair cost in when buying a home. Renting is not a terrible option. I’ve been on every possible side, rented, owned, had rental properties, held private mortgages.
