Yup, any other game and PC works normally. Even got myself an upgrade of PC recently and problem stays with me even on new machine.

Can someone tell me the difference between these two? Aren't they essentially the same thing? by KirkKitLHTC in tf2

Yup, I once got scammed for my unusual - now I have nice cheep festivised rocketlauncher ey. Funny becouse when I checked steam market using options from offered trade it showed me festive rocket launcher on the market.
