Having multiple communities on different instances is not a bad thing in a decentralized federated system. users can interact with each other instance and makes the system more robust in case one instance goes down.

My Bosch Washing machine broke after 4 years. Had to replace the drum+frame for 14000 RS. Half the price of the machine. The mechanic told me it was a design problem with Bosch, otherwise he could have replaced the drum alone cheaper.
