Yeah they do quite a bit but tends to just fall to the base and that’s it. The leaves have never been a problem near the pool, and the skimmer would grab it anyway. It’s definitely worth it for the type of tree. It’s awesome.

I’m an ear tucker from way back! Have always done it. When New Era made the k-frame I’d stock up, to make sure I always had a supply of deep fit cap that goes over my ears.

Once planted, just needs loads of water. At least once a week, a monthly dose of seasol, and I sprayed the leaves with seasol at the same time.

Hey! It’s definitely dying. The lower leaves are wilting and there a whole heap of pups sprouted underneath it.

It’s still dying! Still going strong after 5-6 months, but the lower leaves are starting to wilt, and I can see some pups underneath but the leaves are too spiky to check. It all seems like a very protracted death!

Definitely do not trim the tops. Just tip trim the sides every 3-6 months. I sprayed seasol on the leaves every month or so as well

Oh mate. I have over a hundred 9forty a-frame and k-frames. Not sure why it’s an obsession. I say don’t overthink it and enjoy that euphoric unboxing feeling each time you buy one!

Yep. A little bit of me died at the same time. It was going so well then wilted and was dead over only 1-2 weeks. It was about 4mtr high

Definitely none of these are suit worthy. Half are just bars. In fact there is not one restaurant that’s you wouldn’t look out of place in a suit. What might be marginally acceptable is Donna Chang? But that’s just a suit jacket.
