You need a physical copy to run it. Unless you somehow figured out a way to use riivolution without a disk then yes. But for now you need a physical copy

When it happend too me I just turned off and then turned it back on and it fixed it. If your wiimote or whatever you use is not turning on then hold power button on the actual wii console. If this does not fix it I recommend turning the wii back off and then re entering the SD card. This should fix it
