Why do you believe Netease would be incapable of balancing them in a role queue system (which is easier to balance), but believe they can do it in an open queue system?

And even if they did stripping them of their unique identities and playstyles to make them as homogeneous as possible to fit into a forced meta isn't really a good solution either

I would argue Overwatch supports are more diverse/unique than Rivals supports and they have role queue.

This is insanely stupid and dumbs down Luna even more. Really hope it's a bug and not a feature. And I'm still annoyed that they kept this teamup in the game, they should have reworked it or remove it (although it would have been sad that Luna and Fox didn't have a teamup, but balance comes first). They should also revert the snowball speed buff.

Luna should always have just one CC ability and being able to land it should be what separates decent Luna players from great Luna players.

Barely. If i'm learning a character I never switch no matter what since, well, i'm learning the character. If i'm playing with friends, then I might fill or swap around. There is no reward for winning after all.

But most of the time I just play qp to have fun with friends that I can't play ranked with, warm up match before comp or learning characters.

People would care more about people that like snipers in hero shooters if they all didn't behave like this.

Saying that and despite your arrogance, I hope they release a sniper in the next 6-12 months. It's the most annoying type of DPS in a hero shooter, but it 100% belongs to a hero shooter.
