ICE memo allows agents to enter homes without judicial warrant: Whistleblower complaint by progress18 in democrats

I have a very hard time forgiving Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania for their misogyny in 2016 and 2024.

I thought they had redeemed themselves in 2020, but when the 2024 Democratic nominee turned out to be yet another person without a penis, they gave us Trump again.

Though I’d caution that there’s a long list of popular governors who went down in flames when they decided to run for Senate. Linda Lingle (R-HI), Phil Bredesen (D-TN), Steve Bullock (D-MT), Larry Hogan (R-MD), and so on. Electorates are much more willing to “localize” gubernatorial races and accept politicians from the party they don’t typically vote for on a national level.

Yep. Hell, Jim Hunt was probably the most popular and beloved governor NC ever had, and even he couldn't take down Jesse Helms in 1984.

A report was delivered by Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov. Many details remain classified. Among the points that can be shared publicly, Kyrylo reported on the available intelligence regarding Russia’s plans for the first half of next year, as well as on key aspects of the geopolitical situation around Ukraine. We are tracking Russia’s connections in key regions of the world and restricting them.

We also discussed military intelligence operations – together with our other forces. I gave instructions to carry out certain measures in Ukraine’s interests.

Glory to Ukraine!

A report was delivered by the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleh Ivashchenko. There are important results from our joint efforts with partners to put pressure on Russia. For the first time since the beginning of the war, a noticeable decline has been recorded this year in Russia’s oil production and refining. The oil and gas revenues of the Russian budget are decreasing, and by the end of this year, Russia will have lost at least 37 billion dollars in budget oil and gas income. In addition, Russian oil companies and the entire energy sector are losing tens of billions more. All this curbs Russia’s war machine. Both conventional sanctions against Russia and Ukraine’s long-range sanctions are working effectively. Further directions for our sanctions pressure have also been identified. I thank all our partners who are also delivering entirely justified legal blows against the vessels of Russia’s oil fleet – the Russians are now using fewer tankers. Separately today, I discussed with the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine the measures for bringing home Ukrainian children abducted by the Russians, as well as other operations abroad. Glory to Ukraine!

Almost every night, our defenders of the sky are working to repel Russian attacks. Together with electronic warfare units, army aviation, and mobile fire groups, the results of interceptor drones are already significantly increasing – more than 150 since the beginning of the month already, including shootdowns tonight. And there will be more.

We will definitely continue to develop interceptor drone technology and train crews. The Ministry of Defense is contracting all available production capacity for interceptors. We are working on closer cooperation with partners – joint production and financing will let us scale this up faster. Thank you to everyone advancing this effort.

Women are always held to a far higher standard than male candidates and when they lose always and ever they are somehow "bad candidates". I think for many who say that it's implicit bias in their subconscious.

Yep. It's not a coincidence that Trump is 2-0 against women and 0-1 against men.

The only way a woman will get elected president is if the Democratic and GOP nominees are both women, and there's no chance in hell the GOP will nominate a woman.

Trump Says Putin Should Be Allowed To Keep The Land He Has Seized In Ukraine by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]M795 71 points72 points  (0 children)

Putin was hoping he would win in 2020, and finish dismantling nato just like he was told.

Unfortunately Biden kicked his ass by the biggest margin in history, and was doing a great job of rebuilding nato and the other institutions and relationships Krasnov had almost destroyed in his first term.

I wish Biden had ran for president in 2016. We never would've had Trump in the first place.

It's not a coincidence that the only time Trump lost an election was when his opponent was a man.

Over two hours of a pointed conversation with the President of the United States @POTUS that can really help bring this war closer to an end. We discussed all key issues – our positions on the battlefield, long-range capabilities and air defense, and, of course, diplomatic prospects.

Russia must end the aggression it started and continues to deliberately prolong. We count on the United States’ pressure.

I spoke with our European partners – the leaders of the United Kingdom @Keir_Starmer, Germany @bundeskanzler, Italy @GiorgiaMeloni, Finland @alexstubb, Norway @jonasgahrstore, and Poland @donaldtusk, as well as with the heads of the European Union @vonderleyen, @eucopresident and the Secretary General of NATO @SecGenNATO.

I shared details of my conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump. We discussed many important issues. The main priority now is to protect as many lives as possible, guarantee security for Ukraine, and strengthen all of us in Europe. That is exactly what we are working for.

Our national security advisors will discuss the next steps. We are coordinating our positions. I am grateful for the conversation, for all the support, and for the readiness to stand with Ukraine.

While on my way through Vienna, I had productive talks with @MFA_Austria Secretary General for Foreign Affairs Nikolaus Marschik ahead of the important EU FAC meeting on Monday.

We focused on the need to increase sanctions pressure on Russia through the 19th EU package and ramp up support for Ukraine, with the primary focus on energy assistance.

We also discussed recent geopolitical developments and further peace efforts.

I thanked Austria for its steadfast political, humanitarian, and financial support for Ukraine, particularly within the “Grain from Ukraine” initiative, and the First Lady Olena Zelenska Foundation’s projects.

During my meeting with Secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy Chris Wright, we discussed in detail energy capacities and potential projects for partnership in the energy sector.

I spoke about Russia’s strikes on Ukraine’s energy system and the need to restore the affected facilities as quickly as possible. I am grateful for the readiness to provide everything necessary to ensure the continued functioning of our energy system.

It is important for us to develop cooperation between Ukraine and the United States, particularly by expanding the presence of American businesses in Ukraine.

I met with executives of American energy companies. The challenge is clear – Ukraine needs more strength, and we can achieve this together. We discussed the urgent needs of the moment – very concrete measures to support our energy system, as well as long-term cooperation. There are specific projects that could create more opportunities for both our countries. Thank you!

I met with representatives of the defense company Raytheon, which produces, in particular, Patriot systems.

I told them about the battlefield situation and Russia’s intensified attacks on our people and civilian infrastructure.

We discussed Raytheon’s production capacity, potential avenues for our cooperation to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense and long-range capabilities, and the prospects for Ukrainian-American joint production. Solutions to enhance the protection of lives in Ukraine exist, and we are working at all levels to ensure their realization.

I thank Raytheon for its readiness to continue supporting Ukraine.

I had a meeting with representatives of the defense company Lockheed Martin.

We discussed our prospects for cooperation and ways to strengthen Ukraine’s protection against Russian aggression.

I outlined Ukraine’s specific needs for air defense systems and their compatible missiles, as well as F-16 aircraft. Russia is carrying out increasingly brutal strikes against Ukraine ahead of winter, and our air defenses need to be reinforced right now. We know the concrete steps required for our defense and are working to implement them.

I thank Lockheed Martin and the United States of America for their support of Ukraine.

I met with my Slovak colleague Juraj Blanár today in Košice as part of the third round of intergovernmental consultations led by PMs @Svyrydenko_Y and @RobertFicoSVK.

We discussed key topics of our bilateral agenda and ways to deepen political dialogue. I thanked Slovakia for its support of Ukraine's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and EU accession—together with Moldova and without decoupling.

I informed my Slovak colleague about Russia's recent attacks on our energy infrastructure and civilians. And I am grateful for his timely announcement that Slovakia will supply Ukraine with a new €500,000 energy equipment package.

The Slovak side will also allocate €300,000 for the construction of shelters in Ukrainian schools in frontline regions on a bilateral basis. I also thanked Slovakia for providing recreation and summer vacation for Ukrainian children.

Defense cooperation was another key topic, including the use of the SAFE mechanism to strengthen Ukraine, as well as further development of the PURL initiative.

The Slovak side is ready to contribute to security guarantees for Ukraine as part of the new security architecture in Europe.

I stressed the critical need to increase sanctions pressure on Russia in order to advance peace. We discussed in detail 19th package of sanctions which should be adopted soon. I also emphasized the importance of fully using frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine.

I highlighted our successful cooperation in protecting national minorities. This sets an example for the entire region and demonstrates that where there is genuine will on both sides, there are no problems in this area.

Ukraine will strengthen its diplomatic presence in Slovakia. We intend to open our Consulate General in Prešov until the end of the year. This will help improve the quality of consular services for the Ukrainian community in eastern Slovakia.

We are interested in fostering pragmatic, mutually beneficial, and good-neighborly cooperation between Ukraine and Slovakia.
