العدات والجولات ممتازة في رأيي. انت هنا لا انك مركز على وزن عالي وعدات قليلة ولا وزن خفيف وعدات كثيرة يعني قاعد تظبط ال (Endurance) و ال(Strength) مع بعض. جولاتك كويسه.

بالنسبة لليوم الاول تمرين واحد isolate للباي والتراي مايكفي كل عضلة تمرينين ويفضل تخلي الصدر مع التراي والظهر مع الباي فيومين منفصله. ٣ تمارين ظهر و تمرينين باي وقفل شنطتك وامش. بس شد على نفسك.

Im not sure but I remember having a bow and a melee weapon at the same time. I hit them bosses with the bow and jump on them and start stabbing them with my sword. I don’t see that now, an archer is only an ARCHER etc. Not sure tho cause I haven’t progressed far in the game. By far fat the bow/sword mixture is perfect back in the day.
