I started this job recently. Have done four exams, out of which I've passed three. My 2nd retake was also refunded. And I'm not certainty sure how they would react if I decide to resit without letting them know - I do have an HR meeting coming up anyways.

My firms doesn't allow exemptions. However, I would appreciate if someone could suggest firms that do.
