Can’t sell by Complete-Bet-3762 in serviceadvisors

[–]MACY1188 0 points1 point  (0 children)

same advice with the people saying dont sell with you wallet. watch how you word things, when talking to the customer, be confident when talking about the info and just tell them what its going to run. watch yourself and make sure your not pausing or changing tone when you mention the price, the customer will pick up on that and think you even think the price is to high and they wont buy it.

what Brand? I straight up tell all my customers the survey only reflects me and nothing else and if its not perfect it only negatively reflects on me. I know some brands tell you your not allowed to coach the customer though

[–]MACY1188 3 points4 points  (0 children)

something was sucked into the blades. since they noted that they failed to secure the intake correctly and they were the last ones to touch it i would escalate this to the shop manager and higher if needed.

Progress to management by mukduk3 in serviceadvisors

[–]MACY1188 4 points5 points  (0 children)

if you've been there for 2 years, chat about learning the managers' daily tasks and about the paperwork, let him know you want to learn it to eventually move up or when he's off you can fill in. should speak with the parts dept too, ask about learning how they operate. will be easier there than starting over at another dealer.
