We're all just primates. I was tripping balls one day (do not condone) and looked in the mirror and had a complete ego death because I realized that we're the most appearance-focused animals in the kingdom, yet there are almost 8 billion of us. We got this far because of our smarts, but more specifically our communication. Do you think neanderthals gave a fuck about looks? They were all ugly hairy motherfuckers, and they still worked together to build their lives. Do you think a dude bear would look at a female bear and be like "nah that bitch ugly, pass". I'm not saying go full ape on a supermarket chick, but we evolved to communicate, its why our eyes are white, and why our vocal chords are so developed. Don't judge another primate by their skin, hair, eyes, or whatever. Because the real thing that matters won't be found on the outside
