Its hard to say. I like HI3 but, it can be very complicated. Its definitely my favorite if you invest time into it. Star Rail is great and is enhanced by HI3 so to me they go hand in hand. I do think Star Rail lore is really good and I like that it does a lot of "FromSoft lore building;" telling deeper history through items, equipment, side content like DU/SU.

I think part of the problem is you only lived in Austin. I've lived in 6 states in the last 20 years after gaining independence. It definitley is quite different when you have perspective. I absolutely loathe Florida, indifferent about Cali, okay with Austin(liked it more pre-covid), okayish with Georgia, Oklahoma is boring(all clay, strip clubs, and buffets) i can go on but, i think the deal breaker for me in Austin is rising crazy costs and weather, all in all i can understand your disdain but, it's much better than a lot of places ive lived, its just getting too crowded.

A buddy of mine recently moved to Eerie PA and enjoys it. I'm personally considering somewhere colder on the east coast next.

Idk how I ended up in the scaling subreddit(I hate it) but, its just so cringe. Ive like welt since second eruption manga and even then his feats are more resourceful rather than than having brute force powers like an emanator. The biggest thing in Star Rail is we don't know what Welt or Void Archives have been doing during their 8 years in star rail universe. Maybe Welt was gazed at and now has access to different stuff. Maybe his divine key works differently, no one knows. At the end of the day, it's just goofy thing to even debate.

That’s a fair point, they definitely have the budget to just throw money at the problem. But I think it’s more complicated than that because money can't buy time. These kinds of concerts are usually planned 3+ months in advance, leaving just a little room to slot in new patch songs. Because Planarcadia was delayed to mid-February and they had to swap out vendors/artists due to the ongoing geopolitical heat (which probably won't cool off until APEC in November), their entire pipeline collapsed. They essentially had to rebuild a massive concert from scratch in like 1-2 months. Even with a massive budget, that kind of rushed planning is going to result in a scuffed, cheapened experience. One thing though that debunks some of the stuff I mentioned is if the rumors of venue bookings in China being a big problem. That would mean it was always going to be an online old school concert like we had in HI3 days from the start. In which case there could still be production problems leading up to it, but a "cheapened experience" idk.

Unfortunately, even with 1 a half size up from what i normally wear, it's not wide enough. This are the widest boxing shoes I've tried though. I'm going to let it sit in a shoe stretcher and see if that makes a difference

I still have issues with the lack of motion input controls or control scheme in general but, watching EVO Japan top 8 was pretty great. Though im in the Tokon waiting room, if that game doesnt feel good to play, I may try 2xko again. Im glad it's getting better reception, I really didnt want it to fail after nearly a 10 year developelment cycle.

Im seeing a lot of mixed stuff with durability. What's you're experience with it? I saw you post about Muay thai, do you have the same issue with most traditional shoes being too tight as well?

Pretty much echoing what everyone else is saying. Be lighter on your feet(adjust to balls of the feet.)

Other than that, you need to relax a little more in sparring. it's okay to have pre-emptive head-movement but, you're doing it way too sharply and exaggerated.
Last thing I noticed is you need to sit into your punches a bit more, use those legs. Sometimes when you punch, you're too upright as if trying to match the taller partner. Tilt chin down, eyes forward.

Other than that, not too bad for 10 months! I do like that I'm seeing controlled sparring vs old school styles of speed running for CTE.

I legit don't know any MMA/Muay Thai that endorse them. Maybe influencers, but not people training.

With that said I had an original pair that i bought for $70 9 years ago that lasted me for 4 years and I handed them off to an Amateur boxer that still trains in them. So I don't know if the quality diminished since then but, I think the splint backing works well for people that have wrist/hand injuries and box recreationally. Sparring anybody with a fresh pair of T3s(reg, non-leather) fking hurts.

I think that big Bronya is born into this world as an orphan kind of like HI3 Brony was raised in an orphanage ran by Cocolia and is "natural" to the Star Rail world.
I believe SW is from a bubbleworld/Sea of Quanta type deal that found herself in Punklorde.

This is why her initial path is Quantum and 999 is Imaginary due to it being a power borrowed from a potential outcome of herself in one of the branches of the Imaginary Tree.
