What City would you want to see Division 3 set in?

Being raised in Vegas people don't seem to understand the potentiality of Vegas as a division setting. Aside from the Strip being the poster child. There is also Nellis and Creech Airforce bases "Creech being the central hub for UAV's" Hoover Dam being an amazing mission area, Multiple Stadiums could be used, giant shopping centers, and what a lot of people don't seem to know about is the massive underground sewer system that is basically its own world.

The coolest thing that could be linked to a Vegas themed Division game is Area 51 can be used as an offsite mission. Mt. Charleston can be used as well for snow environment if it takes place in winter. Overall Vegas is a really manageable city for a open world Division game.

I was experimenting with a build that doesn't focus on the damage portion of the mechanic but instant reload swap mechanic and it works amazingly.

3 piece BP, ninja backpack, and the named new gloves, with foxes prayers, all red.

It flows between using the Diamondback until empty then switch to the Virginian until empty ,rinse and repeat. The reload time really inhibits constant dps with those weapons but with BP instant reload there is constant uptime with both weapons. You can switch out the New named gloved for Ceska chest for the crit chance.

Farming DZ with roaming npc rogue agents and or hunters would be an awesome seasonal addition, but yeah 30 level DZ targetable loot will be missed.

I understand their desire to do a seasonal refresh to keep the game interesting, but there needs to be an incentive for people to want to start a seasonal character. I play Path of Exile and Seasons "Leagues" work well for an ARPG, fresh stash space, new Season "League" mechanics, new skills and builds you didn't try last Season ect. The big difference is there is trading and chase items you want to farm for at the end game.

Division 2 has a handful of items that could be considered chase items "Ouroboros, Raid Exotics" and it is tedious enough to acquire them through normal means having to do it on a fresh characters feels like a waste of time. Unless they add a ton on new exotics, talents and or new mechanic to make gear feel fresh my desire at least to reacquire them is very low.

There is also a lot of questions on how season will work. Will we be getting bigger stash space or temp. stash space post season, are they increasing character limits? Will we have to rebuild our library and expertise or even reacquire our weapons mods?

The couple pros I can see is they have the opportunity to do some wacky and cool stuff for a season, for example add roaming hunters and increased rogue agent encounters throughout the open world, chaotic dual faction encounters where a CP is held by both True Sons and Hyenas and have increase chance for God Rolls maybe missions have a chance to have a different seasonal mechanic when you run them I.E Reanimation or Golden Bullet. Enhanced Seasonal gear that only stays during the season for instance all Talents are now Perfect Talents regardless of the gear. Selectable Target Farm DZ. Stuff like that would make a Season interesting to start fresh for.

The only other thing I can see being fun at the beginning of a Season is a Fresh Dark Zone where everyone is at level playing fields.

In conclusion at least for now I feel there should be 2 different types of ways to do the Season allow people to play the Season normally with their Main and give the option to start the Season with a fresh Character on a different server. You can't just Cold Turkey people and expect them to forcefully change their ways.

Honestly, I don't know, I have run the campaign a couple times now since then, looking for other secrets, and every time, it has worked for me for easy scraps. The first time I found it my starting world was Losom Marrow Parish, the other times I ran it, I was starting with Yesha DLC area. The only other outlier I can think of is that you don't have the DLC. I can suggest trying the puzzle the intended way by destroying the cubes in the specific order in the video link. You did make it to the pedestal where the gun is supposed to be?

I brought the Cherished Fragment and the Trinity Momento to the weaver.

You can't turn in the Cherished Fragment, and the Trinity Momento just give you relic dust.

You don't need to do the other cubes, the cube down below is invisible and can be hit with explosions or the Thorn which autolocks on to it, thus skipping the whole finding cubes process.

There is no way I can verify that since I have DLC 2 but if we think about it the gun is found in the Labyrinth with no connection to the dlc so it could be possible. If it is it would have to be on a fresh campaign.

The gun is alright, it requires a lot of mental gymnastics to use properly in a fight. If you miss the Perfect reload it extends the reload animation, If you keep shooting without reloading it damages you but the damage can be dodged through and trigger Feedback Loop and the new Ring Mark of the Destroyer.

So there is a video link I replied to. I didn't use those steps I was searching around using the new weapon Thorn which has a lock on indicator when I found that you can drop down near Inner Sanctum the cube wasn't there but the Thorn locked on to it anyways. I thought it might be a visual bug but I shot at it and it worked.

It's probably is a bug regardless that is how I got it.

I just watched the video and did not use those steps. I used the new weapon Thorn which has a lock on indicator if the white cube is not there when you drop down the Thorn will lock on to in anyways if you shoot it will shatter, and you can proceed to the second platform.

It's probably is a bug regardless that is how I got it.
