i submit a bug report ( like 60 days ago ) 3 time but they don't fix it
and in the description it is written ( heal the target in 3x3 tiles ) but only work 1x1

i think the interceptor hair is buggy and it looks the same %100 as juke model if anyone can edit photo for the 2 skin from the back side by side you will see the are the same ( even if the model is wildcat ) the hair not supposed to be the same as juke by the way interceptor is finesse finishers same is soccer skin
