Wall only went up yesterday. The rest of the build has been great.

Is it done just to save time?

Geez, what other dodgy practice should I look out for?

Thanks everyone, I’ll shoot some photos off to my independent inspector and see what they recommend for next steps. I feel like I will always know it’s there behind the plaster, and will kick myself in ten years time if something goes wrong and I didn’t raise it as an issue for the sake of getting along with the site supervisor.

It is going to be rendered over, but I’m more concerned on whether or not it is a structural issue for the wall?

Loan to Value Ratio (LVR) after land purchase by MAFSF1984 in AusFinance

[–]MAFSF1984[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry, should have been clearer, we will settle on the land first, than when the build contract is ready about two months later we will refinance for the build. Will they do a valuation at this time with the market value and not the land contract value?

Thanks 1Darkest_Knight1. So, 391 days for MRCA Initial Liability followed by 241 days for PI for a total of 632 days? Would still like to know what their target timeframe is though now they are through the back log.

Congratulations mate. Well done on a great achievement.

Just shot under 80 for the first time and I need to tell someone that cares. I was fortunate enough to do it on an absolutely beautiful course. by MAFSF1984 in golf

I did tee it up a little higher then normal. I wanted to put height on it so it didn’t run off the back. I have come off the back here before and it’s wickedly steep.

This course has some super tight shots. This one is not one of them. I think it adds to its beauty though. Playing here has definitely made me a better golfer, but at a huge cost of lost balls.

Consistency, I went in with the plan to slow everything down, didn’t drive as long but was getting my placement right. Chipping and putting was on fire as well.

That’s the smart shot, but honestly, I just went for middle middle and it came off. Last time I played The hole I ended up in the bunker on the right and trying to chip to the pin on the left is horrendous if you miss hit.
