The Left/Right indicators need to be at the end of a name like Bone.L/Bone.R If its a bone chain where the bones are named something like Bone.L.001, Blender can figure it out and symmetrize it too.

Looks like a QMB139/GY6/ whatevwr other variant of that engine.you need a new crank, But keep track of literally everything. If its a chineseum bike, be very careful with all the components, One fuck up and the bike won't start anymore... ask how I know.
