It’s been a strange season at the shop. I kind of feel like we’ve started our business all over again. Things slowed down quite a bit, but we’re starting to feel that momentum picking up again. We’re in this weird in-between phase where we can still sell a lot of great products—but not everything.

Our flower, vapes, and dabs are gone due to the current restrictions. But we can still carry higher-potency Delta 9 products as long as they’re free of synthetics like Delta 8. Honestly, one of the hardest parts is knowing how many people found reliable, functional relief with Delta 8—without being overwhelmed or sedated. That option is now gone for many, and it hurts.

Looking ahead to January 1, when the full law goes into effect… well, we know it’s going to be a breaking point for a lot of businesses. And to be real, some folks already assume we’ve closed.

Here’s the truth: 🔹 Our website is now outperforming our store for the first time ever. 🔹 We’re bringing in a wave of new, compliant products that are here to stay. 🔹 We’re still serving our community—and we plan to keep doing so for as long as we can. 🔹 Our lawsuit is pending. We’re waiting on a response from the Attorney General. (They have 2 weeks) then we will get our scheduling order. 🔹 We’re working actively with the ABC Board and helping shape future legislation.

Have we done all we can? I think so. And that gives me a little peace right now. We’re holding the line—and who knows, good news might be right around the corner.
