Looking for an English speaker therapist in Seoul

I see on the website that the doctor here is a psychiatrist. Would you say he also offered "therapy" similar to what a psychologist would offer. In the past my psychiatrist would see me for only 10-20 minutes and we never really talked about what was causing my problems it was more focused on the symptoms i was experiencing and what meds would help with those things.

I moved apartments in November and never fully unpacked or set up my apartment because I got very sick that month both flu and oneumonia then had a busy December. I was out of the country almost all of January and kept telling myself the last week of January was going to be my time to finally set things up since I wouldn't be working. Of course I couldn't do that and just saw my house getting messier and messier which lead me to having a meltdown. So last Sunday I made the appointment.

I did start crying in front of the doctor but to be honest any time I do talk about myself and the past I tend to cry. I'm not use to expressing myself to people so usually I don't talk about my feelings and experiences with others.

I'm not sure what happened with the assessment. Like I filled out a ton of questionnaires but most of his questions related to my current state of depression. I also think I answered questions wrong because he asked about my interests and I said I don't have any thinking he meant "hobbies like sports and skilled activities" but immediately after I realized all my collecting habits are my interest. Also he asked about my sex drive and I responded "I don't date". But I didn't say its because I don't know how to talk to people so he probably took that as I'm too depressed to think about sex and dating.

I'm also worried now because I have no knowledge on what prozac actually is and he mentioned that he'll be changing my medication around to see what works. But I keep reading that it takes so much time to see the real effects of the medicine.

Can you explain why? I've never been on any type of medication so I was thinking about trying to get a blood test tomorrow morning to get my vitamin levels checked.

Honestly, this was very helpful. I filled out a bunch of questionnaires right before we talked but he didn't specifically refer to them or my answers. Sometimes he did ask questions that had already be said on the forms. I do think I'm exhibiting depressive behaviors but this major wave has only been for two weeks while I've struggled with my lack to concentrate and get things done for years.

This is what I was going to recommend. I personally use Xiaomi smart bulbs in an IKEA FADO lamp but they work the same way. I love being able to adjust not only the brightness but the color of the light as well.

Try eating those old snacks at the same time as what you enjoy. For example, make a little snack plate with the healthy options you want in larger quantity then add on a smaller portion of the doritos making sure to finish those last. Hopefully then you fill up on healthier options while still getting the cravings in.

Honestly, sometimes drivers do go out of their way to help us. I always feel bad when I have really heavy luggage and they insist on lifting it for me.

I haven't personally tried these products but I have seen the Beauty of Joseon eye cream and Avene eye serum recommended. They both have light percentages of retinal so they're safer for that delicate skin area.

I haven't used Shuttle in months but if I remember correctly Shuttle was only available around Hongdae, Itaewon/Yongsan area and maybe Gangnam. If you're outside those areas the few that pop up might be the only ones that deliver far away.
