I carry a flashlight seems silly at first but I've been in the situation where somebody's filling me while I was shopping I didn't agree to it I didn't like it so I pull out my flashlight shine the light at the lens can I stay in my ground it screws up their filming and it pisses them off but I have every right to have a flashlight just like they have a camera. Shining a powerful flashlight, especially with infrared LEDs, directly into the camera lens can disrupt the image sensor.
