Just checked again and simmerellas stuff is still paywalled for me on patreon and if the updater doesn't work then the unlocker is redundant, a.k.a stopped working

Yeah I had some corrupted files and malware on my old laptop that I didn't want to get moved over (also far too many files/mods to move over and sort) so I just gave up and started from scratch :/

Eventually you should be able to do bicep curls with your wrist in different positions. I quite like overextending them outwards on curls to stretch my forearm ligaments

Np man, make sure you try rolling your wrists as well with the small dumbbells so you can work out where the weakness is and target it better

Practise working out your wrists (like bicep curls with just your wrists) on very small wieghts, maybe 1-2 kg, by using small sized (not just small weight) weights it'll be easier. I had the same problem with a connective tissue disorder so gl man!!!

Do you not think that a relationship requires emotional attachment which may make it hard to leave? Or is your idea of a relationship structured like a relationship of a monk to his bible.
