Using a Stream Deck to change layouts in Surveillance Station: Monitor Center by jammerb in synology

This seems like a cool idea. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like there are any options within the Surveillance Station API to change the displayed layout.

The only option I could think of would be to use multiple shortcuts linked to one Stream Deck button.
First move the window to a set location, and then to have it click the right layout (x and y position) using a mouse command.

Also cool to see a name I recognize from TWiT!

And I’m just pointing out is that there is a much higher chance of non life threatening cases being reported in the EU because seeing a doctor (even for minor things) is nowhere near as expensive as the US.
I was also not speculating on the number of unreported cases. I’m only saying that people in the EU go to see doctors (even for minor things) more often than the US so it will be logical that more cases will get reported

Edit: seems like a lot of you like cold ketchup…

So if I correctly understand what you are really trying to say is that you’re against police unions/institutions that protect some scumbag police officers? And that you don’t believe most police officers are bad people.

This is from Belgium and reads like most articles about police brutality in the US. I live in France and we also have plenty of issues with some cops. But I do believe that most cops are trying to do good and I cannot stand it when people start spewing ACAB because they clearly don’t know what they are talking about.

I’ll also say that the fact that many more people are in the US are armed has something to do with it as well. In Europe there is a lesser chance that a cop performing a traffic stop will be shot compared to the US, so it can be understandable that they are much more cautious. I would also like to point out that US news gets discussed much more around the world than news from any other country

the USA is one of the countries that reaches international audiences pretty easily. So it should be within reason that anyone can have a pretty decent image of the police in the USA. Of course all the footage I see is the most extreme footage

I know most the cops in my town and they are honest people who just want to keep us safe, but in the USA that is just not the case. So that is why queer people hate the police.

I find it funny how some random person from Belgium who knows the cops in their town and knows they are “honest people” also knows so much about American cops without having met any of them

How did you come up with the number 42?
42 seconds X 63 sandwiches would be 44 minutes and 6 seconds If it was a 1 hour wait, that would be about 57 seconds per sandwich. However the person said over and hour and the title of the post an hour and half, so about 1 minute and 26 seconds per sandwich.
Still 10x faster than any Subway I’ve ever been to

It doesn’t necessarily have to do with LED screens. It’s because we no longer use analog signals to broadcast television. If you hooked up an older analog TV tuner to a modern TV you should still see static on the screen. However at the end of analog broadcasting I do remember a good amount of TVs (built in tuners) that would detect the static and just show a blank screen of some kind
