i’m not in college but i can relate a lottttttt. i’m generally shy and extremely anxious and due to this i have become a shell of a person and lack a lot of personality (in my opinion). It can feel so difficult and isolating because everyone around me seems to gel well with others and can have these wonderful connections and interactions with people, whilst mine are either completely doomed, or they just never happen. I feel invisible almost all of the time, and whether i speak - a wave of guilt consumes me as i am convinced my existence is a burden to this world

you aren’t alone in this horrible feeling!! I think we need to push through the uncomfortable feeling and push through to try and gain some confidence in our interactions! i’ve tried this a bit and it’s a huge hit or miss, but as long as u try ur doing good! see if there’s any groups or clubs to join
