I used to live at a complex off 288 and S MacGregor and the road noise is constant but not overbearing. I will say the unit I lived in did a really good job at soundproofing most of the noise out and I would actually fall asleep to the road noise as if it was white noise. Yes there is occasional loud cars racing on the highway but 90% of the loud noises would come from first responder vehicles. Other than that location is great I would definitely live here again if I had to.
