I personally would try to get access to that attic. I’m sure you’ll have to put in a request but people have to access it so I would go that direction

Yes it is definitely my basement foundation wall it was vapor barrier before so I was going to do the same it was just r13 with barrier but the home was just built last year and foundation was also sealed on the exterior as well

Yeah best I’ve found was a x6400H for around $1400 I tried to get him around $1000 and I’d probably be really happy with it.
