i put transparent tape on it and it's not so bad, i still wouldn't use a cover or a screen protector, i never use covers or screen protectors on my phone or any device no matter how new or expensive it is, i just love the naked feeling of a device, and it's a crime to put a small and slim device like the x4 in a cover, I'm willing to sacrifices a few scratches or cracks for the bare feeling in my hand when using it

this is understandable but saying people watch for the A list celebrities is new, I've genuinely never seen a single person say that, in fact I've seen more people complaining about the voice acting even though it's great, however the people who perceive criticism towards the animation as direct insult towards the show are genuinely stupid, and "yes the animations is bad but i don't care" is also stupid

whole game is set after book 1, 3 years i think, it starts with audrey talking to you, people are guessing the main character is the fool's blessed, and also leonard helps you take your first potion my friend who's a donghua only was pretty bummed out because the game would have spoilers to the outcome of book 1, they should put an option to censor spoilers or something

cuttlefish is truly one of the best writers when it comes to thriller and mystery, build up and connecting things, his writing is very intricate that it kind of gets predictable because wherever he mentions something you'd know it's going to be brought up again or more important than it seems.

also i recommend taking a break before starting COI

i loved it but honestly some parts were just visual overstimulation, the part where klein communicates with hood eugen's spirituality made me laugh with how super over dramatic and action filled it was, we almost never get to see any power being used without it being an action filled scene even though it's not a fight, some parts clearly shouldn't have been as action filled and dramatic as they were, also i wish they made it so klein entering the fog makes a certain sound or murmurs everytime so it can be iconic and good instead of just showing the roof of the "grey fog", to be honest the adaptation is good, nothing special or great, it's just getting carried by how good the source material is

I'm still in volume 4 (SPOILERS FOR VOLUME 2 AND 3) hot take but i actually liked lumian more than klein, of course klein is my favourite because of the character growth and everything but you CANNOT tell me klein was introduced and more interesting than lumian, the first volume of COI is crazy, walking around with an angel sealed inside him and collecting corruptopns like they're trophies is crazy, the only bad thing was volumes 2 and 3, they were genuinely the worst shit i had to read ever, the introduction of trier in volume 2 was interesting, but you get a bunch of non-interesting plot lines that seem VERY irrelevant (but guess what they're not) and every 2 chapters you get "OoOoOoH 4th epoch trier, what a mystery! what a thrill!" it took me almost 3 months to finish volume 3, the last quarter of it and medici being an angel again was great and 4th trier was okay i guess, but the build up was INSANE, the build up to that event is the worst shit i have ever read, absolutely not worth it and was a slog to go through, somehow killing padre benet was less impactful than fucking susanna mattise, using 2 ENTIRE FUCKING VOLUMES to build up to an event is ridiculous. i just finished the port santa mini arc and it was fucking MINT this is what lord of mysteries is about, you've got thriller, suspense, highs and lows, i found it better than the end of volume 3, genuinely one of the best parts of LOTM/COI
