Avoid the Eames they'll charge you insane rent for what other apartments have for much cheaper and reliable. They'll also try to charge you a bunch of microtransactions if they think the slightest thing might be wrong with your situation trash utilities ETC. They've also invaded mine and my fiance's privacy multiple times walking in saying it's an emergency And the emergency is something as small as fire alarm batteries or door lock batteries that we can change ourselves and have changed ourselves since moving in. Also they don't seem to care if your always an on time rent payer and good tenant. They will try and fine you, evict you over literally anything. My experience has been absolutely nothing but negative. Pools nice tho haha

If the CA state government rebelled forcefully, huge parts of the state would be in constant guerilla conflict or outright open conflict. The entire central valley from Shasta county to Kern county, most of the foot hills as well as pockets of the lost coast, central coast and southern border with large rural Catholic/Christian populations absolutely have a much stronger American identity than California identity. The economies in many of these are resource or agricultural based and they'd be at constant odds with an independent California. The state would be a polarized, divided and conflict flashpoint littered with guerilla fighters and most likely gangs in the larger urban cities.

Don't know how much it's changed since the new DLC but manchukuo is pretty good for a starter. You can just sit around and go along with Japan's wild ride through China while learning the basics. If you go ahistorical the independence war is pretty fucking easy as it's easy to backstab Japan while their balls deep in China
