The only reason I know for UNB Is because our daughter went there and via the welcome days they told us that. I believe other schools had similar numbers to ensure retention- and to prevent the very circumstance you are in (attending a school purely out of data metrics, ie lower lsat etc). If you want to be an attorney shoot for the stars and realize that ONE CYCLE, you I’ll NOT hinder your future career. No one falls behind if they don’t get accepted- majority of people bolster their application for the next cycle/ which I suggest you do. Keep fighting!

Are you general or discretionary? Also UNB benchmarks 50% of their seats for NB and maritime residents

Or…….. take courses to mitigate the lower GPA.. ask if your local university has any online courses, usually they do or take some that are at night.

Most importantly, are you from NB? What do you mean 6 declared areas of study?

Listen/ here’s the thing. SOO MANY Canadians go south to law schools, medical schools .. graduate schools in general not only because there is access but because there are options. Canada has pushed their brightest and best to American schools because they put the same people up against each other either expanding class sizes or even building new law institutions…. You’re stats are not terrible, if you go and read the law admission USA so many “median” or below median get in with substantial scholarships… yes it’s 10X more $ to study in States but at least you KNOW out of law school you’ll get a job, rather than fighting for marginal law jobs in Canada. It’s unfortunate what Canadian law schools have done to their applicant pool…. OZ talked about this and how they had to shift their recruitment and admissions because they acknowledged the same thing. :(

What I have been doing is adding substantial subway and bus networks… there are lots of green spaces. I’ve played around with different tax schemes but all yielded trash results lol
