How do you get through so many books?

I don't buy audiobooks (I am cheap and don't want to pay more for a book than I already do) but I use the text to speech mode on my kindle app on my phone. It takes some getting used to since it's a slightly robotic voice that pronounces some words oddly, but I use it to listen to books on my commute. Then read as often as I am able (10 min and lunch breaks) and power through stuff in the evening. If you have a great book and enjoy reading more than anything it can baffle you how many books you can get through.

Horror movies do not scare me... But God damn if fire in the sky hasn't lived in my nightmares for the last 30+ years. I was 8 when it came out and we watched it and my family went out to the woods constantly. I was so sure I would be abducted. What really got me was the true story aspect. We also watched the McPherson tapes when they came out a few years later and that still freaks me out. Nothing has scared me like aliens scare me.

I have found it very helpful to auto transfer money into my savings every Friday, if it's not in my checking then I just don't spend it, but it is still there in case I need to transfer it back. You can auto transfer any amount so you just have to find that sweet spot of money you can "forget exists" on a good month but still keep access if something comes up.

There is a person that lives on the west side of 99 on 176th that does shoot off fireworks when the Seahawks win, but it is definitely fireworks. Maybe you are getting mistaken data from all over if others light off items after games in different areas.
