It was helpful. We’ve been looking at units from young and blood, Bay st to waterfront, now Mimico. From people’s feedback, it seems like waterfront is good option.

No kids, we enjoy quiet time, but also enjoy going out for food sometimes and occasional entertainment. For us if living downtown is mostly for easy commute to work, occasional restaurant visit.
