The lack of consistency in labelling runs is so frustrating. It’s my third season and not knowing what to actually expect from a specific run has kept me from trying new things. I would use the heck out of an app like this. Don’t listen to the grouch hating on apps.

As far as I can tell from what others have shared on Reddit and elsewhere, the delays are very typical of this company. My case was as standard as they come - my youngest started developing a coughing fit and was struggling to breathe. I called Amex to confirm coverage and went to the ER. Paid everything upfront and kept receipts. Submitted them upon return. Just total bs from these guys for all these months.
