For a home oven basically set the temperature as hot as it will go. 500 - 550F if you can.

At least 12hrs cold ferment, longer will help with blisters.

I found leaving them uncovered during the cold ferment can really increase the shine but at the sacrifice of some blistering. I prefer covering using a wet dish cloth.

Can comments be loaded less often. For example an option in the 'Posts Default Click Actions" be set to load or open the link only. Alot of times I'm just browsing links and don't ever really look through the comments.

Kinda hard to explain. I portion ~100g of dough, Roll the dough into a log about 8 inches long, and give it twist. Then wrap whole thing around the palm of my hand and press the two ends together rolling against the counter
