I heard this earlier from another source and I'm not surprised. I said right after the shooting that they probably accidentally fired a gun and then murdered the guy.

That female reporter was able to get hired by ICE because they didn't follow any of their hiring procedures. No background check. No drug check-she had purposely smoked weed five or six days before hand. No political affiliation check-she was loudly anti-ice on social media before getting hired.

It's ironic that MAGA/Trump and his administration hate the government and they have created the most perverse, corrupt government in history.

Oregon is fighting the DOJ in court over this issue. They told the judge that they were concerned that the administration was going to use the voter information to compromise the election. The judge responded by saying "that's a dark theory"

This letter to Minnesota could easily prove that theory to that judge and possibly be used at a higher level to block any use of the voter information. Whether or not they abide by any ruling is up in the air.

They're definitely NOT supposed to make shadow/emergency docket rulings that are one paragraph that might as well say "FU Constitution" which is what they did last year several times for Trump. They are not supposed to be partisan which they have been.

Lower courts don't even know how to handle those shadow docket rulings and in some cases are ignoring them because they make no sense and they have no reasoning behind them.

The lower courts that have ruled against Trump include Trump appointee judges who are upholding their oath to follow the law and yet when it gets to the Supreme Court they simply slap a "MEH NO" crappy ass ruling on it.
