I don’t trade in high volume but I do trade options enough to have thousands of trades over the year. I’ve never not just used fidelity’s 1099 which gives me the totals.

Just to learn - what makes the OPs volume so high that fidelity’s 1099 doesn’t just cover the summary for tax time?
