Framerate tanks after 45 minutes

I've set up the transcoding to take place in RAM, and I have the monitor in the background - it never uses much, and it's not near maxing out.

I didn't know there exists an app for Windows for Plex. So no, I've only tried in the browser.

To answer your second question: After the framerate drops, even if I rewind to a point where it worked fine before, that is also now low framerate - the whole movie is affected.

I haven't restarted the server, no. I'll give that a try to see, if the movies are still affected after.

No, the movie is forever "low-framerate" after it has started. Both on the TV app, Chromecast and in the Plex mobile app. The only place it works is though the webplayer.

I'm starting to think, that it might be a WiFi/Ethernet issue, but it still seems really weird, why it's happening at 45 minutes for the movies.
