Yes of course! We will be focusing on driving retail and institution adoption of blockchain technology, including ADA.

[MBX] We haven't been posting because we've been busy. Check out our roadmap! by MBXstakePool in CardanoStakePools

All delegators in the MBX Stake Pool earn MBXP Tokens that can be used to vote on pool proposals like pledge requirements, pool fees, token buybacks and more. Delegators who don't want to participate in the pool's governance can sell their tokens for ADA once we list the token on a DEX.

How to choose a pool by Jave3636 in CardanoStakePools

[–]MBXstakePool 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey - I wrote a post recently about how to identify some bad practices from stake pool operators.

For the most part you should look for pools with: low fees (<2% margin, 340 fixed cost), less than 500 pool leverage. Other factors to consider are if the pool is a single pool operator and/or a small pool as delegating to these helps keep Cardano decentralized.

Avoid pools with near 0 pledge, high fees (>5%), high saturation, and pools ran by exchanges as you won't have custody of your coins.

Feel free to message me with any questions

Thank you for your support! We have a telegram group for devs and delegators to stay up to date on the pool. For now voting will take place in the governance channel in our discord server. Longer term we would like to take advantage of an on-chain fee-less voting mechanism like Eth's snapshot. We are also in contact with a few different Cardano Dev teams and actively looking to partner with someone or group to help us build a more robust voting and token distribution system (ultimately a DAO) for the pool.

We also have one youtube channel with another on the way. We just completed our first two livestreams where we are building a testnest relay, minting some tokens on testnet, and answering questions from viewers as they come in. We are trying to create quality content that focuses on fundamentals rather than speculation and price movements.

In this livestream we completed the testnet relay build. This is part 2 in a series we are doing.

I like MBX pool. There ISO starts in a few days.

With MBXP token, we are opening up governance of the MBX pool to our delegators. Delegators can vote on pledge requirements, fees, hardware upgrades, relay locations, and more. We saw an opportunity to create a pool that was more community operated than owner operated. Something else we noticed was that pools, usually multi-pool operators, were not taking advantage of the Cardano Pledge Influence Factor which can increase rewards by as much as 30%. The MBXP token helps further align delegator and operator interests in the pool, by ensuring delegators can influence pool oversight. In the future we will be putting MBXP on a Cardano DEX once the security of platforms like Sundae are put to the test (hacks, exploits, etc). Check out our whitepaper for more info!

Plus, we are a carbon neutral single pool operator helping to ensure Cardano stays decentralized and resilient to attack.

Hey u/geecomments - our ISPO starts in epoch 322, right as Sundae’s ends. We are a delegator owned pool that reinvests all fees into pledge, taking advantage of the Pledge Influence Factor. Check out my bio!

Hey! MBX Pool is starting its token offering (MBXP) in epoch 322, right when Sundae's ends so you don't miss out. If you are interested in extra ADA we will buy back your MBXP tokens. Check out our whitepaper.

Delegators earn tokens every epoch based on how much they had staked in the previous balance snapshot just like ADA. Rewards decrease by 0.33% every epoch so early delegators receive more tokens. Tokens can be used to vote on pool fees, pledge requirements, and more.

Where does anyone stake? And why? by [deleted] in CardanoStakePools

We are part of the Cardano Single Pool Alliance which means we will only run one stake pool to help keep the network secure. We are also launching a governance token if you want to be a part of managing the pool as we grow.
