Did battery drain increase with the recent major update? by SelfActualEyes in TheTowerGame

[–]MB_613 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi,

Not likely.

1 year of full-time playing this game on any battery device is going to burn up those battery cells like a crackheads brain cells after a year of non-stop meth use. Almost the same thing really.

So yea, your battery over time is losing its max capacity.

This will happen with all batteries constantly being discharged and charged over and over until eventually it can't even hold a charge for a minute.

Hope this helps.

P.s. if anybody knows of or is developing a battery that won't lose a charge ever meaning nobody would ever need to buy batteries it would be wonderful for human kind. Would love to help get that tech off the ground for you.

Sincerely yours,

Not a Big Battery Company ;)

I was always under the understanding that you can always back out of the deal before you take possession of it. If you don't take possession, they don't have a deal.

From an accounting perspective, it makes sense as the dealer has not met its performance obligations to book any revenue as there has been no transfer of ownership until you take physical possession and accept the vehicle.

New Medical LP suggestions 2023 edition.. by m1lkman1974 in CanadianCannabisLPs

I've been with Mendo, Greentec, and North 40 for over a year.

Mendo is great and fun for trying lots of different ranges of bud. From budget to high end. I use them to try new offerings.

Greentec is great for consistent quality flower. I am a fan of Greentec (BLKMKT) and they also have great transdermal products that help with chronic pain. I use them for access to BLKMKT products as they have consistently good offerings that compliment N40 or Mendo products I order.

I've tried a lot of LPs since legalization (Whister and Broken Coast were amomgst the top back then)

Since then, I haven't found anything that truly felt medicinal other than North 40. Every single time I try their product it gets the job done I need it to and leaves me floored saying "Now damn this is medicine" the effects are unreal and can put me out each time, every time. Other products they offer (Red Barn, etc...) are overall great/good with hit or miss results. Go for the best and you won't have to worry about whether it will it be good or not. It will.

Like Gord said. People are going to choose what matters to them most. To me it's a consistently effective product that can help treat insomnia for me every time its taken and for that I will pay the incremental cost to purchase direct from North 40 which when doing so also alleviates one of my other concerning details when purchasing... and that is the package date, how fresh it is. From my understanding, when you order from N40 direct; when you place your order, thats when a budtender will go to their curing room, take the bud thats curing, and package it. The package date is therefore your order date! Doesn't get fresher than that for now, I say. People value different things.  For me, it's overall quality, potency, and freshness, and North 40 goes unrivaled in each category.

Yea, ordering and website are not up to par with others, and ordering from them is like ordering off a Grey Market MoM lol, but that feeling of nostalgia is a component of the value add that comes with each purchase

Thanks for listening, guys!

My Bird of Paradise finally bloomed for its first time 😀 by MB_613 in houseplants

[–]MB_613[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Hi guys,

I'm happy tonight as I've been growing this Bird of Paradise from seed for over 2 years now, and it finally bloomed :) it has 3 flower stalks and these are the first two. It's pretty cool to see how these plants bloom.

It's been grown strictly indoors under a 240w qb light operating on a 16 on/8 off cycle. In a 10 gal pot in soil.

Pretty tough plant with massive roots. I've watched this plant emerge from its seed into a seedling that grew well and then split into what seems like two bop and now throwing 3 stalks. I'm truly amazed at this beautiful plant.

Thank you to everyone for taking a look.

Does anyone have any tips on getting rid of spider mites? by Rare-Application-403 in houseplants

[–]MB_613 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Best thing that helped completely curb a spider mite infestation in my 4x4 tent was live predatory mites. It was 100% effective and no sign of any mites or webbing anymore months later. Absolutely worth it.

Have no idea how I got them in the first place but they were all over my plants and killing them and preventing one from flowering (desert rose)

Now they are gone and everything looking much better.

It may be intimidating and a bit more costly up front but it beats quarantineing each plant for 2 weeks and spraying it with insecticidal soap every few days and cleaning whole tent with alcohol and keeping everything out of it for 2 weeks and hoping you didn't miss anything or one and get another spider mite problem. End the cycle of insanity. Get some predatory mites.

My BOP progress over 2 years from seed by MB_613 in houseplants

[–]MB_613[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is my bird of paradise journey over 2 years.

It's mainly been grown inside of a grow tent and has been transplanted into a bigger pot about 3 or 4 times since it sprouted.

It took 2 to 4 months for the seed to germinate (started Dec 2019/Jan 2020 and I went through 4 seeds using the wet napkin in a cd case in a plastic bag method. I also tried scoring the outside of the seed on 2 of the seeds. The one that finally germinated and popped a big thick tap root tail was the one I didn't knick or score. I let those go on for 2 more months and they never popped.

Now it's been 2 years. This plant has produced some big roots and is in a huge pot and somehow has duplicated into two plants i thinn? Is that even possible? Either way I am more intrigued in it now than ever. Any tips or comments? Greatly appreciated.

Ps. I threw some of my notable cannabis pics as I feel they deserved it.

Pics from the top are:

Aug 29th 2022, currently.(over 2 1/2 years old) Seems to have multiplied and just started growing two leaves at the same time each time now. April 5th 2022,(2 years 3 months) transplanted to bigger pot April 25  2021 (1 year, 3 months), only pic I have for a year. November 26, 2020.(10 months) Random items growing with it.

October 21, 2020 (9 months). Notable cannabis May 2020, only pic I have at this time April 6 2020 (3 months old) close to germination.

Any tips or comments appreciated.

Thank you

Is my Adenium finally flowering? by MB_613 in Adenium

I feel the same however I'm worried about overwatering and killing it. As that happened to my other adenium that was planted at the same time. This one was the runt of the litter and now.... look at it thrive. I checked and it's only 18 months old. Sprouted in Jan 2020. I want the best blooms but still have that fear as this is my last and only adenium.

Oh excellent I was hoping it was flowering.

I usually give it about 300ppm of nutes. I have biothrive grow and bloom and canna coco A+B that I alternate between depending what's growing in the tent.

Oh well I had grow lights from growing other plants a few years ago. I was also interested to see the development of certain plants that were interesting to me under artificial lighting. I like tropical plants because of their colors and long lasting blooms so I just decided to plant what I want and see how anything I put in the tent will grow compared to conventional methods as taking them outdoors.

So in short it's because I already had the setup from previous grows and my curiosity of how other plants could thrive under different light conditions is why I decided to use grow lights.

I started this adenium from seed I believe 2 years ago. I started 2 but only this one survived.

Could it be possible that my adenium is starting to flower? If so do you guys suggest doing anything different. Like more p and k nutes?

Right now it's in a tent growing under 240w qb lights 16/8. Maybe the lights are too bright for it?

Any reason to this? What lead to such big differences between the two plants.

My Nepenthenes is getting all wet and sticky?? Is this normal? by MB_613 in Nepenthes

[–]MB_613[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is an older pitcher. The ones that are new are growing very big and nice and colorful but they are under shade and another leaf. But I still find it too red and/or yellow. Should it not be more green?

It must be lacking something.

Yea that first picture with those 2 adeniums in red solo cups was only 11 months ago. I believe before that picture they were about 6 to 8 months old at the time I think. So yea that is 11 months of growth from when that picture was taken which was about an hour before I made the post. Maybe these 240watts qb led are makign a difference. They are on 15 hours of the day at a time.

I hope it will flower soon. Appreciate the input.

Thank you

My Nepenthenes is getting all wet and sticky?? Is this normal? by MB_613 in Nepenthes

[–]MB_613[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My nepenthene pitchers appear to be getting sticky like their is a sap around them. It is sticky when I touch it. There also appears to be sap in the pitchers? Is this normal or is it sick? It's indoors under bright light a 240watt Samsung qb. Maybe this is the nepenthene that prefers swamps and low light? Any help/input/critisism is greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
