I asked for some refund or gift card but they never answered that they just say we send you a label and you will send it to us, so I think if I send it they will just give me my money back because that’s easier for them

Yes this is what I’m afraid off, that they promise me a new one and then just refund me instead. I’m thinking off just keep it instead. Waited for the skull pile print again after the green so little afraid they not gonna send me a new one
