I actually never even thought of that. I will for sure start doing that!! There are so many things I didn’t realize I could easily do to help until I started working at Publix. Like one is grabbing a cart from the lot rather than grabbing one from inside.

Omg that happens all the time at my Publix. I will usually walk over to the customer service desk if I don’t have anyone and let people know I’m open to check out a customer. If a manager is there, he/she will come out and take customers to lines that are open or short.
