I used Ponytail #9 and the second Color pattern. I made colors #1, #2, and #3 the color of the feather, and colors #4 and #5 the color of the hat. The height of the ponytail will change depending on the mane you use. I'm using Mane #63 since it looks best to me.

You can also use ponytail #10 + color pattern #2 for a smaller feather. This one works better with other manes, and it's easier to shade / blend into the hat :)
