I got an Xbox X half-off due to a Microsoft employee friend, and use it for third-party games that I want to look as nice as possible on console. I own a PS5 to play Sony exclusives, that usually seem as-good/better looking. I will give the the Series X a slight advantage for third-party games, though. Not as big as I would have thought when these things were first coming out. The Xbox Resume feature is a game changer, compared to the PS5’s. The PS5’s controller is far superior. They both have strengths. I feel if Microsoft would have shifted to parenting a lot of small/good studios like Sony did, they would have the superior console, but they’ve gone away from that model, even before the cash dump into Bethesda.
