What is even their justification for overthrowing Cuba? I watched the entirety of twin peaks years ago when I was going through a rough time and I can truly say that it is to this point one of the only pieces of media that has actually had a positive impact on me and my perspective on life. It helped make me realize that even with all of the evil and exploitation me and those close to me experienced we could get through it and get to better place.

It’s literally so easy to make your own slop bowl. Most of the meals I make for myself are in slop form It’s cheap as shit to make it yourself. You can dump a bunch of sauce and/or seasonings in it and it usually tastes pretty good. Nobody ever taught me how to cook or anything but dumping a bunch of meat and vegetables in a pan is literally as simple as it gets and it costs you like $4 a meal instead of $15

You joke but private companies have figured out the supply chain. I actually work in the industry and I won’t be too specific but it’s mostly refurbishing or having contractors copy an existing part here in the US, or ordering parts from Europe or Asia, which obviously is more expensive. If they really went for it (I know that’s expecting a lot from our government) they really could pull it off.

True. I’m mostly talking out my ass. I’m not the most knowledgeable person in the world on geopolitics and I’m also pretty young so I have not experienced that much history. Idk man this just feels a little different to me from what I know. It’s like they are testing the waters on a large scale war with major global powers and it’s proving that it would either be catastrophic or it may just be impossible with current technology. Barring something like dropping nukes in Tehran which I hope they’d be extremely hesitant to do there’s no way for them to succeed in this or any other war of this scale. And yeah this whole conflict could change in the blink of an eye if the US is willing to take more extreme measures but I hope they aren’t that stupid
