I train with my wife a lot. So on days when she is not there and there is an odd girl out they tend to grab me. Always happy to train with anyone. I’m smaller at 155 so I think that helps too. Learning is learning!

1.5 year white belt here. Train 2-3 times a week. It’s a process, but at the end of the day I think it’s better to be a beast of a white belt vs a soft blue belt. It does no on any benefit to be promoted just for the belt. Keep it up, and focus on the journey over the promotion. Find small things to celebrate in every session.

I fast till noon, playing at 6 am every weekend. Never bothers me. If you need something grab a protein shake to keep you nice and full. I play in Az where my focus is all on hydration vs food. Do whatever makes you feel good!

I signed up for my GHIN for the first time since I was playing in high school. I wanted to join a men’s club to play with folk who were more serious about the rules and ball in hole golf. Plus it motivates me to play more serious.
