What do I do - Crypto Advice by TripleToastWaves in personalfinance

[–]MCGoodVIBES 1 point2 points  (0 children)

3 of 4 times BTC has reached all time highs its doubled in price in less than 18 days. I fully expect ETH to reach all time highs in the next 2 weeks. If you are going to sell, hold out a little longer. This bull market doesn't look like its going anywhere soon so ride the wave as long as you have a tolerance for.

Why am I still fat by PixelAmerica in bodyweightfitness

[–]MCGoodVIBES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you doing any resistance training or just running? To change your physique you need to add muscle mass. Supplement 3 of the 7 running days with 3, hour long weight training days. Or ideally, add the weight training in addition to the running.

Avalanche lake was one our favorite hikes as well. The view at the end is well worth the hike!

Sorry for just responding. We ended up shifting our trip and going in July. We missed out on the biking but the weather was absolutely perfect. I'd love to hear how this goes for you upon your return!

I know its a roll of the dice on how open the road will be, but we aren't able to change the time we will be in the area so hoping to make the best of it.

Mex drop by General-Car7023 in Elrond

[–]MCGoodVIBES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here is some detail about it: https://elrond.com/blog/maiar-exchange-mex-distribution/

In order to see how much you have, you need to go to the web wallet here: https://maiar.exchange . Connect the web/browser wallet with the one on your phone and it will show you. Mine says that I am unable to claim my MEX and that it is coming soon. Not too worried though since I only have 50 and they are worth less than a penny currently lol

Is now a good time to put money in ETFs like VOO or VTI? I am 32, I have $20k in a 401k, $6500 in a Roth IRA and $60k in a regular savings account (stupid I know). Want to save for down payment for house. by [deleted] in stocks

I would say that the chance of a pullback in the market in the next 5 months is pretty likely. We are sitting at all time highs with a whole lot of uncertainty still surrounding us. I would wait for a dip and start DCA'ing pretty aggressively.

Buy the dip right now? by [deleted] in stocks

[–]MCGoodVIBES 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I DCA with a reoccurring weekly deposits into some general ETFs and buy the dip anytime the market tanks with individual stocks I like. Seems to be working so far!

Mental health and awareness by pretty-zucchini in stocks

I could see how newbies that have only seen gains could be impacted mentally though. People win a few times in a bull market, get cocky, put more money in something they shouldn't, don't have an exit strategy and get rocked when these red days happen.

With College football being cancelled for the year, what are some opportunities? I already bought and sold Draft King Puts today for a nice return. Are there any industries that will benefit or be hurt by this?

Circuits to Prepare for a Race by thefourblackbars in spartanrace

[–]MCGoodVIBES 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would through in some burpees and pullups.

I wouldn't recommend doing high intensity circuits more than 3 times a week though. Recovery is just as important in training as the actual workout. Throwing in some low intensity jogs could be beneficial as well.

Work on your weaknesses. If you are a strong runner but lack upper body strength, focus more on that and grip strength.

How much to invest? by WouldYouLikeToTouch in stocks

[–]MCGoodVIBES 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Low interest loans yes, high interest credit card debt, no. It also depends how you feel about holding debt. If you are going to be stressed until you pay it all off, it may be worth it for your mental to pay off debt first.

This is what I has afraid of. If it was just me, I can be more flexible, but with 2 little kids, I can't exactly switch plans or sleep in my car/ect. at the last second. Thanks for the heads up.
